Texas.gov partners with many state agencies to provide services online. If you have specific questions or concerns about a state agency’s policies, processes, or procedures, please contact them directly.
The Texas.gov Help Desk is operated by a non-government third party. They can only provide technical support for the Texas.gov website and services. The Texas.gov Help Desk does not have access to state agency information, and they cannot schedule DPS appointments.
